Diego Mariscal, Founder and CEO of 2Gether-International

Diego Mariscal is founder and CEO of 2Gether-International (2GI), the leading global startup accelerator run by and for disabled entrepreneurs. Under his leadership, 2GI has supported more than 700 startups, helping to raise approximately $84 million USD in combined investment, revenue and acquisitions. The organization was named to the first-ever Forbes Accessibility 100 list in 2025.

A trailblazer at the intersection of disability advocacy and entrepreneurship, Diego has overseen strategic collaborations with governmental organizations, as well as corporate partnerships with Comcast NBCUniversal, IDB Lab, JPMorgan Chase, among others. He currently serves on the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission's Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee.
